Typical PA road
Another dilapitated PA road, no surprise. Toll for a state highway? Thats a bunch of crock! That will not solve or make anything better. Look at the already exisiting PA toll roads! They're horrible compared to other states like (NJTP or OHTP). This state stinks when it comes to roads. Even 3rd world countries have better roads w/more lanes, fresh paint lines, longer exit & entry ramps and street lights to accomodate those ramps. Its a laughing, embarrasing matter.
