It seems apparent to me, that for the last two decades, townships have thrived based upon development within their own confines, without regard for the future. In order for the townships to thrive they need their people working, earning an income, and paying taxes. The developments equalled short-term income, but to sustain themselves we (all) need a tax base.
The fact that development has not been coordinated among townships, regarding highway neccessities, is quite disappoint

The US 422 Master Plan has been summarized into an "executive-style" report and is now available for public comment. At the project's conclusion, Barry Seymour, DVRPC's Executive Director, suggested that the reporting document be left "open" (i.e., Draft-Final) to accompany a campaign of municipal outreach meetings to take place in the corridor during the Spring
